The throughlines of a life

Two passions have always guided my path: technology and code on one hand, entrepreneurship on the other. For 40 years, these throughlines have woven a trajectory that blends technological creation and the building of innovative organizations.

An entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial journey

After 15 years of entrepreneurship in IT and 25 years of intrapreneurship within an insurance group — where I led IT, HR and organizational teams — I am now opening the next 20 years of my entrepreneurial life with the soul of a teenager and an explorer.

Founder of the 1Clusif movement

I created 1Clusif, a movement that goes well beyond simply reducing exclusions. Through 1Clusif, I want to bring together entrepreneurs who recognize themselves in the project of creating high-performing collectives and making their organizations adaptable to the challenges of our time.

The ėclosif scheme: exchanging experience for adventure

With the “ėclosif” scheme, I exchange 40 years of code, tech and passion for entrepreneurship for an inspiring project and a share of the capital. My goal: to support early-stage projects with a strong technological component.

In an economic, ecological and geopolitical context that is increasingly uncertain, I have developed the concept of the Adaptation Coefficient (AC): this vital capacity that allows individuals and organizations to thrive in uncertainty. The AC measures our potential to effectively modify our behaviors, cognitions and emotions in response to environmental changes.

Code as artistic expression

Passionate about computer code for 30 years, I see the creation of programs as an artistic expression. I am constantly training in new technologies and new programming languages to realize my dreams and to support entrepreneurs in bringing theirs to life.

An eclectic education at the service of people and tech

Eclectic university training — Modern Literature, Institute of Business Administration, postgraduate diploma in coaching, psychology and sociology of work, Neuro-Linguistic Programming — gave me the desire to blend technology with my experiences in group psychology and coaching.

Business Angel and entrepreneurial support

As a member and board member of Provence Angels, I also invest my experience and my network in the service of promising startups. My approach as a business angel naturally extends my commitment to 1Clusif: beyond financing, I support entrepreneurs in structuring their teams and developing their Adaptation Coefficient. I deeply believe that a startup’s success does not rest solely on technological innovation or the business model, but above all on the collective’s ability to adapt, to pivot in the face of obstacles, and to maintain cohesion amid uncertainty. This conviction guides my investment choices: I favor projects led by entrepreneurs who share this vision of adaptable and high-performing organizations, capable of turning crises into opportunities for growth.

With the refusal of constraints as creative energy, I draw my inspiration from:

  • Open-source movements
  • The hacker mindset
  • The agile methods manifesto
  • Decentralized organizations and shared governance
