Johan Guedj spent 11 years at Alten before creating, in 2011, Klanik, a Marseille-based IT consulting firm that is radically different.
His bet: making the employee the central actor of the model, not its executor.
Fifteen years later, Klanik has more than 800 talents in 10 countries and reported 69 million euros in revenue in 2025.
The company became a “mission-driven company” (société à mission) in 2023 before being acquired by Alten in May 2026, closing a striking loop.
In this interview, Johan breaks down the foundations of his adaptation: a deep humility claimed as an engine of learning, a refusal of any fixed way of thinking, and the Human 1.0 model, a virtuous circle where authenticity generates fulfillment, engagement and collective wealth.
He also addresses AI, pressure on productivity, and a sincere doubt: that of staying congruent between what you say and what you do, every single day.
An episode about adaptation as a matter of common sense.
