We all know the Intelligence Quotient, we know it more or less measures our ability to reason.

But do we know our Adaptation Quotient?

Welcome to Quotient A, the podcast about our capacity to adapt and that of our companies.

Faced with climate disruption, technological revolutions, and upheavals in economic and geopolitical balances, one question stands out: what if the most vital skill weren’t our intelligence, but our capacity to adapt?

Darwin said it: it’s not the strongest that survives, but the one that adapts best.

And yet in 2025, we still mostly recruit based on résumés, promote based on expertise, and value stability. We measure everything – revenue, productivity – except this fundamental capacity to adapt.

At 1Clusif, we have designed an analysis method to answer a simple question: what makes us adaptable, and what makes organizations adaptable?

We welcome entrepreneurs, women and men, who build high-performing, adaptable collectives. Those who have survived crises, pivoted, learned from their failures, and turned adaptation into a strength.

Our goal is to model their practices, identify the invariants, and make them reproducible.

If you lead an organization, if you have experiences of adaptation, management practices that helped you and that you’d like to share without filter… Then let’s meet.

Take part in this collective research through a one-hour interview over coffee or remotely, a structured conversation, which we then analyze using our method.

You will get access to the study’s results, you’ll enter the 1Clusif community, and you’ll keep a structured record of your practices.
