Marie-Laure Guidi is a key figure in Marseille’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

A trained cellist, she gave up a musical career to devote herself to numbers and, above all, to people.

In 2005, she founded Innovatech, an accounting firm specialized in innovative companies, renamed Ioda Consulting in 2015.

She is an elected member of the Aix-Marseille Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry, co-founder of French Tech Aix-Marseille Région Sud, chair of the Fonds de Dotation de Marseille, and a board member of Aix Marseille Université.

A fan of Olympique de Marseille, she drives around the city in her Citroën 2CV painted in the club’s colors.

Marseille is not just her hometown, it is her throughline, her reason for acting, and the driving force behind all her commitments.

In this episode, Marie-Laure talks to us about adaptation as an act of living: surrounding yourself with the right people, embodying your values rather than displaying them, and refusing to let Marseille fall apart for lack of mutual understanding.

A generous, direct and deeply human interview, with a woman who moves fast but never forgets to say thank you.
